Finding a boulangerie is easy, but finding a good one is not quite as easy a task! Especially when, like I do, you care about what you eat and rather pay a bit more for some bread made out of great ingredients.
It is why I love L’autre Boulange (also because it is a 1 minute walk from my place) who make bread out of organic flour: wheat, barley and so on. Sell into baguette or sliced bread, it is the perfect combo with everything form jam to cheese.
They also have cookies, including a custard they are known for and some gluten-free cake which is a must try even if you don’t care about gluten (like me) or a brioche with orange blossom. If you are more into croissants, they also sell almond croissants. In a word they have everything for a perfect breakfast.
Come early as they run quickly out of stock, especially on weekends when they are open only on Saturday morning.
