So happy this place has finally opened. And even happier it did right around the corner from my house. There is a tiny community of Tibetans living in the Czech Republic, in fact you could almost count them on the fingers of one hand. Since living in Dharamsala, India for quite some time, knowing the Tibetans and their situation, I am particularly delighted to see them achieve their dreams, especially because in most cases, it means really hard work.
AMA serves traditional Tibetan food made by Tibetans. If you are new to the cuisine, you will surely not go wrong trying the “momo” – dumplings filled with either meat or veggies. For the more adventurous ones, tasting “bod cha” – butter tea – is a must.
AMA is located in a great neighbourhood with a large array of restaurants, cafes and bars to choose from so the competition is huge. If you want something unique, this place will not disappoint you.
They just finished all the work on the outside seating area so you can now enjoy your food together with the warm summer nights.
