Bašta U Bansethů – A microbrewery like home

U Bansethů is a well-know restaurant. Famous writer Jaroslav Hašek is a regular (he still has a reserved place, although he rarely shows up) and also a microbrewery at once. Both parts are separated and what is quite unique: it is forbidden to smoke in the microbrewery. They prepare several types of beer, light, half-dark and sometimes also weizen (a Bavarian kind of beer).

In the restaurant they also serve great Pilsner Urquell and they have a wide offering of traditional Czech meals. For very reasonable prices you can choose from a wide range of fat, unhealthy & delicious meals. You can also order (one day in advance) a whole duck, a goose or quails.

Bašta U Bansethů has the family like staff who treat the guests well and keeps the beer coming. It is recommended to make a reservation for the evening if you are a bigger company.
