This cozy little café counts for one of the most visually appealing ones in my repertoire. It might seem like yet another product of the hipster wave but the truth is, coffee used to be served here more than a hundred years ago and the semi-finished walls that give this place its unique feel have been restored to close to their original appearance.
Besides great coffee, roasted at Berlin’s Five Elephants, it is the perfect spot for a brunch or afternoon (or really any other time) cake snacking. Sounds enticing, but what about way past the coffee hour? They have a satisfying selection of local beer and tasty looking cocktails. When the weather is nice and sidewalks warmed up by a day’s worth of sunshine, this place cheers up the street life too.
Letka is just around the corner from Letenské sady so serves as an excellent pre-walk meeting point or a relaxing after-walk hang out spot. They occasionally host events so make sure to check their Facebook to see what’s up.
