Tea Mountain – For the connoisseur

“I don’t drink much tea”. Have you heard or perhaps said that before? Really? Maybe you have not been served good tea, maybe you haven’t experienced properly brewed Darjeeling or fresh Sencha. Are you turned off by the Bohemian, “living-roomish” style of most tea houses? A fan of minimalist, clean design? This is a place for you!

Tea Mountain is located on a quiet street in Karlin, a fun up-and-coming neighbourhood of Prague. In comparison to other tea houses which invite one to lounge around, Tea Mountain works more as a tasting room. If you have some time on your hands, do not hesitate to ask for recommendations. The workers, who travel to Asia to source their tea directly from the farmers, will be able to answer any tea-related queries of yours. I would be surprised if you leave this place empty handed.
