Žluté lázně used to be historical place where all the Prague people would meet for bathing and sunbathing. After being closed for a long time, Žluté lázně is back again and offers wide options on how to spend a sunny day.
You can call Žluté lázně the only beach in Prague, cause as far as I know it is the only sand beach in Prague. The good thing about this place is that the entrance is free and besides visiting a few bars, restaurants and cafe you can play beach volleyball, beach football, table tennis or just lie down on the beach and watch the beauties of Prague. I wouldn’t really recommend swimming in the river as it’s not really clean, but on a hot day you can always get under one of the showers to cool yourself down.
Especially in the summer there are many events going on in the area. Concerts usually require an entrance fee, however there are many different events for free.
On top of that there is also a longboard rental, and some other stuff, so that you can fully enjoy Cyklostezka A9 on the move and get more into nature.
