The fact that barbershops have come to take over the city of Riga is probably not a surprise to anyone anymore. The necessity to look dapper seems to be overwhelming the majority of Riga’s men. I guess that in their eyes the feeling of a freshly done king shave can only be overshadowed by a small batch whiskey of some kind, the look of their new café racer or some other equally thrilling object representing the art of manliness.
Knockout Barbershop is the place where at least some part of this lifestyle can be executed. Men come in for their relaxing routine, one after another, and the two massive barber chairs are occupied all throughout the day. Beard shaves, slick haircuts or mustache touch-ups are all part of daily life at Knockout Barber Shop.
Due to several reasons (lack of beard being the most obvious one), it is hard for me to stay objective on the actual performance of the service, yet I believe that Knockout is highly enjoyed among its clients. With multiple great locations, Knockout Barbershop successfully combines an atmosphere to unwind in, with quick service and likable people.
