Maize cafe – Tiny tunes of Italy

The name is Maize (Bread) cafe.

A few times I walked by just sensing those tiny tunes of Italy spreading across the street. I thought that this must be a place worth visiting and I was not wrong.

With warm smiles, large windows and a nicely decorated space Maize welcomes everybody. One will find fresh bread, cakes, soups and other snacks here as well as hot or cold kinds of coffee based drinks and even a glass of beer or wine for those frisky Riga’s evenings.

A very adorable cafe indeed, with a nice view and great music, folks, calmly sipping their drinks and owners who welcome them as old friends they haven’t seen in a while, in a neighborhood where people somehow manage to rush slowly.
