Are you a shopaholic? Are you, maybe, addicted to shoes? Well, even if you’re not let me give you an address that absolutely deserves a visit when in Rome!
When it comes to things I’ve been passionate about in my life, I personally have to admit that shoes were somehow on top of the list (wait, I’m not that superficial: I have a lot of other interests too!).
I realized this when I had to move to my new flat in the Pigneto neighborhood: the amount of shoes I had was kinda ridiculous, compared to my other stuff!
Now I’m much wiser in my shopping, but still have a great passion for footwear and that’s why I love Gervin, a great place for a pair of good shoes at bargain prices.
Gervin is located just a few meters from Hotel Capitol and it has, apparently, no great charm: no sign to show its entrance (it actually has two doors, one for the men’s section and the other for women’s), and items stacked up like in a storage room.
Take your time to have a look and when you see that pair of shoes that make your heart beat faster, please ask the saleswomen if they’re available in your size (they’ll stop smiling if you start moving the boxes!).
With a continuous supply of new goods, coming from liquidation sales, you can find sandals here, sneakers, formal and even design shoes at great prices.
A stone’s throw from Termini station.
