About me
I am a New Yorker based in Rome since ever! I have lived between the two continents and Rome is where I was raised, went to school, made friends, and loved, too.
I am a broadcast journalist. I see myself as being funny, witty, ironic, with a sharp sense of humor, blunt, subversive, obstinate. I like socializing with dogs, Coca-Cola on the rocks and high heels.
Why Rome?
Rome is romantic, a celestial masterpiece, an open-air museum. Romans can be rowdy, messy and undisciplined, especially when they drive, but they are surely the most chic, stylish, sophisticated, elegant, Fashion and Cuisine connoisseurs.
Good taste and good manners are a must in the Eternal city. People here dress up even to go food shopping at the market at 8am. And, I am one of these.
I like Rome because living here feels like a vacation.
I like Rome because it’s a boutique agency with its celebrities living in the city center and highly confidential hot spots.
I like Rome because it is the center of the world after all. The power of the Roman Empire still lives. And it’s not by chance that Vatican City is in the heart of Rome.
I like refined, upper-class men. In Rome, you can meet your charming Prince or Princess, just like the ones in the fairy tales, but real. Rome is home to many historical, aristocratic families and they all mingle in the crowd. So, Rome can become your Home, too.
See, I managed not to mention the weather, because when one starts talking to someone about the weather it is time to end the relationship.
My Rome is always sunny.
