Take one of the best breweries in the Roman area, Birra del Borgo; add one of the best pizzas in Rome, the one from Bonci; close everything up with cocktails prepared by the skilled bartenders of the world-famous Jerry Thomas Speakeasy, which all have at least a hint of beer and are so good that even one of my best friends who doesn’t like that heavenly nectar (still do not know how I can be friends with such a person, she will not even take a sip of my beer) does enjoy those cocktails. All together, you have the perfect formula for a winning spot.
The really amazing thing is, though, how all of these singularly excellent spots and people come together in this Osteria. The synergy created between the pizza and beer and drinks is just astonishing and the skilled and prepared staff will guide you in this journey. Everything in this place works perfectly: it is surprising to know that it opened so recently. Even though it is new, it is always full so I strongly recommend booking a table, especially since they often do themed dinners, for example with guest chefs.
Last but not least, it’s impossible not to praise the design of the locale itself. The moment you go through the door you realize this is one of the prettiest restaurant you have ever been to for sure. And it even has good food. Can’t beat that.
