About me
SF locals would probably call me a typical San Franciscan, if there is such a thing – worked for a software company, MBA, studied, lived and worked abroad while always coming back to SF.

Even though my family is mostly on or from the east coast, my grandfather was born very close to SF – another interesting story I will be happy to tell you if you let me, and another reason SF feels so like home to me.

Why San Francisco?
Like most San Franciscans, I love to take advantage of our temperate climate, spending as much time outdoors as possible, running, riding, hiking in Yosemite or skiing in Tahoe. When it’s time to relax, we have some of the best food in the world here, and great wines to accompany that. Opera, symphony, truly unique street fairs…. it’s all here.

My job is to let you in on the lesser known, neighborhood gems, the best restaurants, the quiet, hidden cafes that also make SF a great, livable city.

When you come to San Francisco, you’ll be tempted to visit the things everyone comes to SF for – the cable cars, Alcatraz, Haight-Ashbury. Go and see them all – just make sure to leave time to visit a few of the places we recommend, so you can see how we San Franciscans truly enjoy our lovely, unique city.
