Food trucks are all the rage in Seattle. What’s not to love about food trucks really? Quick, yummy food that is reasonably priced. Sounds like a win-win-win situation to me. One of my favorite food trucks El Camión has become an actual restaurant too. Which makes El Camiòn super convenient when you’re looking for good food truck food but with a place to sit and hang out for a while.
El Camión is translated as “The Truck,” which to me is kind of humorous. And if the Spanish name didn’t give it away, El Camión serves delicious, authentic Mexican food. Think of homemade quesadillas, tacos, burritos, and, of course, tacos.
Another interesting addition to El Camión the restaurant is all of the masks that line the walls. They’re all quite intriguing and almost demand attention. You can tell that most of them are Mexican inspired which is a cool way to add flare to a restaurant.
