Making your own sausage has never been more popular than now. And Taylors and Jones butchers know how to deliver. A 3½ hour workshop taught me how to make sausages from the basics. Learning how to prepare the meat, season and mix, stuff and twist your own sausages are all a part of the course. At the end of the course you get to take home the sausages that you have made (ca 4kg) to share with family and friends. I know exactly what to buy next time, a meat mincer.
