Holy Greens is where I always used to go and get lunch on weekdays (when I’ve been too busy, or lazy, to make make my own) before it closed on Fridhemsplan. Fortunately, they’re also located in Mood Gallerian (Norrlandsgatan 13), in the same little mall where you can find Bröd & Salt. On a sunny day it’s perfect to buy a salad here and eat it in Kungsträdgården – especially now in the spring time when the Cherry trees are all in bloom! It’s so beautiful. You definitely want to take a selfie here, haha.
I usually get Grönsakslandet (vegetable garden) with red quinoa, beetroot-hummus, avocado, ginger pickled carrots, broccoli, cucumber, pumpkin and sunflower seeds (75 SEK). Okay, who am I kidding – I always get that salad. But they have other really tasty ones too! I just really like the beetroot-hummus. You can of course pick and choose ingredients yourself: most add-ons cost around 5-15 SEK. Another huge plus – all of their salads are organic and locally produced!
