Even if small genuine cafés are charming, now and then I prefer the ones where you can be anonymous. Where you can stay for a few hours without staff keeping track on your coffee consumption.
At Wayne’s Coffee no one will look at you oddly for staying long after the remaining dash of cappuccino foam’s dried up in the cup. The café has two floors and it’s big enough. It’s is also a typical student spot, where groups discuss assignments, or people sit by themselves immersed in books.
And even though they play music the atmosphere can be really peaceful on early mornings. I particularly prefer the couches by the big windows, so you can watch people and the on-going daily life on the street below when my brain needs a break from working too hard.
And psst, I always go for their double cappuccino – they make it perfectly.
