One of the highlights of coming to Tallinn in wintertime is a Christmas Market held on the Town Hall Square of Tallinn. It’s a small but picturesque market, like a little fairy tale land centered around a huge Christmas tree.
The fair offers everything from woolen socks and mittens made with lamb wool, all kinds of handicrafts and of course a hot cup of mulled wine. There is a Santa Claus present and reindeer walking around (I kid you not!).
Tallinn Christmas Market has been selected on several occasions as one of the best Christmas markets to visit in Europe.
