I love to mix up my meals at restaurants. This same rule applies to this chic place at Ibn Gabirol Street. For me, and I’m sure for others too, in the noodle world you run the risk of not getting something too exotic on your plate.
At CHOP CHOP you can, for 39 NIS, select the type of the noodle (carrot, spinach, rice noodles and more, or jasmine rice if you want), one of many sauces (oyster sauce, red curry, creamy peanut, smoked duck breast and more), and up to 7 extras (cherry tomato, peppers, cabbage, sprouts, baby carrots, corn, green beans, pineapple and more) for free. In the section of extras (you will need to pay up to 8 NIS) you can find tofu, Mitt Bulls, Sinta or even calamari.
CHOP CHOP is designed very neatly and nicely, the kitchen is always clean and the workers are very helpful if you get lost among all the choices. It is very vegan friendly and it is possible to order gluten free dishes. For a nice afternoon you can add one of the four cocktails for only 24 NIS to get the party going.
In the evening you can get 1/2 dish at 1/2 price – and for me it’s really satisfactory.
