Everyone (I hope) in Tel Aviv is familiar with the climbing area at the Hayarkon park, but not everyone knows this pearl of sports in the city. I am happy to share this secret with you.
I love this climbing wall for many reasons, but mainly because you can climb all day as you enter (in comparison to a one-way ticket), the tracks change every week and are fit for all levels (from beginners like me to Spidermen). Another great bonus is no matter what the weather is outside, you can always climb in 2 indoor areas.
If it’s your first time climbing, you will pay 100 NIS and receive 2 weeks to enter the place for free. In the complex you can find a bar, storage units, air-conditioning, showers, a very nice team, and even yoga classes.
Note: Shoe rental – 10 NIS, if you don’t have sports shoes.
