Keep Your Head in the Clouds and Your Feet on the Ground, is one way to describe this place; another:
You will be treated as a friend.
Last time I went was with one of my dear ones, who during our visit asked whether I thought that one guy was that other waitress’ friend. I concluded, no, he was “just” a customer, yet couldn’t help but notice they seemed to treat every single customer as if they were their very own dear friend.
In short, this bar and restaurant is not only pretty regarding its looks, but they make it easy for you to feel welcome and at ease.
A lot of work had been put into the design details of the interior, down to that tea pot or glass – all pretty! But you can also feel that this is a place where magic is happening, where people really like to work and not just go because they need the job or the money – well, in most cases it would be both, I guess.
The menu differs during the day, when you can grab a sandwich at the take-away sideboard or have a quick snack, while in the evening you choose from the menu, sit back and enjoy the surrounding, food and drinks.
I love winter and am one of the few people not complaining about snow and cold. There’s one thing, however, that makes me look forward to summer: their lovely garden area inside the yard of MAK museum.
