A word of caution if you’re vegetarian: with just a few dishes that don’t contain meat on the menu and meat grinders that are used for decoration in every room, this place might well be your idea of hell. But if you’re after one thing – the pure enjoyment of food, and you think that a life without sausages, mouth-watering steaks and juicy roast chicken is a life not worth living, this is heaven.
Loved by both locals and visitors, this is a small place in central town. You won’t necessarily find an empty table if you just decide to walk in on a Friday or Saturday night, but surely you couldn’t expect anything less from a pub that serves one of the best burgers in town.
Besides the fact that whatever they come up with in the kitchen tastes great, I also enjoy their pick in music. This is not your typical pub with loud music and a crowd of people talking loudly – it’s more of a place to enjoy a meal and have a chat over some good food and a drink. And yes, they do know what they’re doing here with the drinks, too.
