Even though Theobromine Chocolatier Cafe is in the heart of the old town, I’s not very touristy. The place is hard to notice, but definitely worth looking for.
Most places are all about coffee now, but this one is different. It is a must-go place if you have a special place in your heart for exclusive chocolate.
At Theobromine Chocolatier you will find a surprising variety of great, hand-made Belgian chocolate, sold in individual pieces. My personal favorite is the one with with the Earl Grey tea-flavored filling. Or lavender filling, or strawberry marmelade and mint ganache, or the red wine ganache… I could go on and on, even though I’m not even close to tasting half the flavors this place can offer.
I love the sense of coziness there; old and authentic details make this cafe unforgettable. The coffee is great, the staff is pleasant and always ready to help you out, the visitors are elegant, yet very down-to-earth.
If you like to experiment, experience new things and have a truly arty-crafty taste, do yourself a favor and visit Theobromine Chocolatier. You’re in for a treat. Enjoy!
