Kaskrut is a tiny little restaurant located on a busy street of Poznańska with lots of other (good) restaurants surrounding it. However, Kaskrut has been going strong since its opening in 2013 as its cuisine is entirely different from everything you might know.
There are appetizers, mains and desserts, just as in any other locale, but the wording on the menu is so very different, just listing the ingredients. For example as a dessert you will see: goat cheese + raspberry + honey, meaning these will be the products you will encounter on your plate, but the form of the dish and the proportions are not clear.
A great place for hobby chefs who want to overcome stereotypes about cooking and go beyond the common frame that tells you which form the dish should take and that fruit can only be in desserts or that savoury tastes do not suit the last course.
