In the last few years, Warsaw’s international food market has been growing very fast, to the wide Italian restaurants offer are joining new restaurants which will allow to taste different experimental cuisine and discover new flavours from other corners of the world.
Mojo Picon is one of my favourite spots due to the originality of its dishes and the authentic Spanish food they serve. Not only are they friendly and nice with the customers, they also know how to give advice on new dishes and offer new taste experiences to the guest. My favourite dish is the “quesillo canario”: it reminds me of my holidays in the Canary Islands almost 10 years ago. Each time I try this dessert I remember sunny Tenerife and the good times I had there with my friends eating and exploring.
Mojo Picon is getting more popular thanks to the busy schedule of events they organize. Every Wednesday they have a special offer called “El Pintxo y la Cana” where Spaniards and Poles who love Mediterranean moods meet each other to have a chat in Spanish. On Wednesdays, guests will receive a beer and “tapas” for only 8 zl, a very affordable price in a nice and smiling atmosphere.
Definitely the place to be on a cold winter evening when not much is going on in the city centre.
