Solec 44 – Food and games

Like to play board games with friends once in a while? Pinball? Foosball? Good food too? Then Solec 44 is the perfect place for you! Solec took the best out of eating and playing and put it all together.

Shelves full of board games deck the wall across from the bar and kitchen. Board games galore – you can ‘rent’ any game you like for as long as you want for just 1 PLN , while the kitchen serves truly gourmet meals! The head chef Aleksander Baron is one of Poland’s most talented young chefs. So it’s worth it!

The institution of a so-called ‘świetlica’, a common-room – a place where any child can find something to keep themselves busy with, was once very popular in Poland. The owners of Solec 44 managed to capture the sweetness and practicality of the ‘świetlica’ and make it accessible to one and all.

You can find every kind of person here, from young RPG enthusiasts with shots at hand, to old men playing cards and sipping coffee, from groups of friends playing board games and pecking at lunch, to guys playing foosball and drinking beer with homemade syrups. You’ll find a couple on a date eating a gourmet dinner, and someone alone, tapping on their laptop keyboard. They managed to make a truly multi-generational place, where everyone feels comfortable. And enjoys themselves!

Come relax, kick back with a good board game, friends and good food!
