Tbilisi – Georgian taste

After my first trip to Georgia I said to myself: “from now on, your diet will only consist of Caucasian food”.

It is really difficult to explain what it is about… the best selection of lamb meat, spices, red peppers, aubergine, and a powerful taste in every dish that explodes in your mouth…

In Warsaw there are several Georgian restaurants which have been becoming popular due to the two countries’ common past. This one is located close to the city centre and got even more popular after the program “Kuchenne Rewolucje”, the Polish version of the famous reality show with Gordon Ramsey.

Affordable prices and fresh ingredients is what the customer will finds here. I like to have a chachapuri or a chinkali since they are the best I can get around. Tbilisi also has a wide range of wines you can choose from. Georgian wines are really amazing, the red wine at least, and here they start from 40 zl.

Definitely a spot to visit in order to play it safe with dinner!
