About me
I’m a language teacher and a translator, a mother of two and a wife of one, struggling to find time and energy for various creative projects which, at the moment, exist mostly in my mind.
My interests include, but are not limited to, travelling, writing, telling myself I’ll start doing sports, dreaming of sleeping, hiding from my kids.
Why Zagreb
After having lived abroad for thirteen years, I was excited to move back recently and experience Zagreb, the town where I used to live as a student, from a different perspective.
Zagreb’s big enough to not get boring and small enough to feel familiar and comfortable. With its various events and festivals, cinemas, theatres, museums and galleries, trendy bars and local restaurants, I find living in Zagreb exciting.
The town’s changing and growing, it’s dirty and messy, but also beautiful and charming in its own way.
