Rotisserie is one of those places where I can order anything and know it will be good – and I can say this confidently because I’ve tried nearly everything on the menu. it’s where I go with friends when we want to stuff our faces with comfort food and then relax afterwards with a cocktail. It’s definitely a no-diet and no-judging zone.

I was planning on telling you my favourite thing on the menu, but I think it’s pretty clear that I won’t be able to choose just one thing. So where shall I start? The Royale with cheese, a super juicy double beef patty burger with cheese, or the fried chicken bun, which is possible the best fried chicken burger in Amsterdam, and has a bun made of your garlic bread dreams. The ribs are sticky and delicious, the hot wings are great, and while you’re at it you might as well order the ‘fucking everything’ platter for the table. But, whatever you do, don’t leave without trying the turbo cheese fries with extra pulled chicken on top. The first time I ordered these fries the waitress asked me if I wanted to add pulled chicken, which I obviously said yes to, and I’ve never looked back.

To top it off the Oreo rum milkshake is so good that I frequently find myself dreaming of it at random moments throughout the day, and the dark ‘n stormies are also pretty damn good. What more could you want?
