To a certain extent I think I can describe myself as a ‘yogi’ in the sense that I eat mostly vegetarian, appreciate the yoga mindset and love to practice my asanas (yoga postures). Therefore, I am in constant search for new yoga experiences in the city.
The first offers a wide variety of different and innovative yoga styles that makes it easy to find one that suits your interests. For instance, besides yoga classes the new hype around barre training can be found in this spot, which is very fun to try if you’re into dancing.
The second has four locations in the city – I visited the one in East. Here, I enjoyed the calm atmosphere and comfortable facilities. Classes are very classic and comprehensive in the sense that traditional styles and sequences are practiced during 1.5 hours including the necessary breathing and relaxation exercises. In addition, Delight Yoga offers a variety of different workshops, yoga retreats and teacher trainings.
