Yummy! Fast! Fresh! Antwerp has a number of places where you can eat falafel, but here you can taste Tel Aviv. This is the only spot in town where I can have falafel the way I tasted it in Israel.

Falafel, shakshuka, baba ganoush, sabih … the owner is always happy to explain everything with a big smile and a little twinkle in his eyes.

Not only is everything very fresh, you can also serve the vegetables yourself at the salad bar. My recommendation is definitely the meal deal: Tof falafel sandwich, Tof salad box  or Tof salad box light – you always get a lot for little money.

In winter you can sit inside at one of the few tables (it is tiny), in summer you can sit on the terrace watching people passing by in this narrow street or, like a local, you can order out and sit at the riverside which is only a 5-minute walk away.

Nice to know: ‘tov’ means good in Hebrew, and a good falafel it is!!
