Sometimes you need to go fancy, and a little French touch can do that!

Restaurant Marcel is located in a unique beautiful building which used to be an English seaman’s church a century ago. The stunning wooden bar divides the restaurant in two and creates enough intimacy for each table. Make sure you take a look around while walking to the restroom and admire the grand piano in the banquet room with its velvet drapes upstairs.

Menu Marcel has of 3, 4 or 5 courses which are seasonally adjusted and make me want to try everything. The vegetarian courses are also genuine and not just food without meat; this cook knows what he is doing!

The owners try to give their clients the feeling of perfection: you choose your company and they provide the atmosphere, food and wine. The waiter only needs one look and he miraculously knows that I want another glass of wine — what a service!
