The Athens and Epidaurus Festival is the major cultural event taking place in Athens, but also in the Ancient theater of Epidaurus throughout the summer.
Starting on June 1st with the new entry ADD Festival, which features electro & dance artists from all around the world, Athens & Epidaurus Festival covers a great variety of theater (ancient & modern), music (classic, Greek, electronic), dance and exhibitions from June to September.
The events take place in many venues in Athens such as the Odeon of Herodus Atticus, below the Acropolis, Pireos 280, Megaron – The Athens Concert Hall, Athens Conservatoire and smaller venues such as the French Institute.
