I remember when I first went to l’Appartement with a friend. We wanted to play some board games and this old vintage Beiruty house seemed like the place to visit. And we were not one bit disappointed! It was a really fun night full of laughter and a good mood. I recommend having a salad and some appetizer (around 15$), or you can enjoy a burger (11-12$), or maybe go for a cheese platter (35$) that will be savory for your eyes as well as your taste buds!

This hidden gem relocated to Jean Jalakh street in Sioufi, which is less than 150 meters away from my office. That meant I could go there after my working hours to savor a drink, have a casual meeting, or enjoy a light snack. Make sure to try the beetroot carpaccio and the tomato bruschetta as snacks. I wouldn’t go to this spot if you are very hungry. Still, their signature cocktails are delicious and I also fancy their minted lemonade. You can also ask your waiter for their wine or alcohol recommendation. They will be more than happy to help. L’Appartement is open Monday to Saturday from 5 pm till shortly after midnight.
