Who doesn’t like potatoes? What would you do if I told you there’s a place that is called “Potato Bar”? Yes please, sign me up! As soon as we heard the place is open in Gemmayze, we HAD to go and try it out. The carbivore that I am was very happy! They offer options from loaded potatoes, to potatoes with sausages. Or you could build your own — exactly what I do. You have an infinite list of options. Start with garlic butter, top with mozzarella, onions, chips, olive salad, whatever you could think of. There’s a bar with all the options and you could watch them make it.

It was the best thing to watch. Seeing the potato going out of the oven, real hot and the chef cutting it in half and mixing the ingredients. Are you drooling yet? Cause I sure am. They also serve a wide variety of beers and they have a sausage plate. The place is actually called Das Küche (The kitchen) and has both the potato bar and the sausage house. And while you’re waiting, you could munch on the nuts that are outside and serve yourself as much as you want.
