You know how during certain periods of your life you keep going to a certain place because you either like the vibe of the place, they have power outlets and you can work in peace or talk with your friends with some very nice music in the background? Well, it seems that Džezva does just that for me.
It’s quite versatile. I like going there with friends, alone to work on my laptop (so far, WiFi has been working perfectly) or in the evening, for one of their many events like live music, French night or book exchange. They really have a lot of events, something for everyone (just check their FB page).
Imagine your grandma’s flat in the city, combined with stuff you’ve found at a flea market and some crafts and music/film posters framed with the above-mentioned frames you bought at the flea market. That’s Džezva: warm, friendly and inviting.
Everyone who works there, and the owners, are very friendly and will make you feel very welcomed. So head to Cara Uroša, pay attention to the very (in my opinion) interesting building that is the Gallery of Frescoes, and then take your coat off and grab a cup of tea (served with honey and lemon) in Džezva.
And now that it’s finally nice weather, you can sit back on the terrace and enjoy the peaceful street of Cara Uroša.
P.S. If you have any sticker, you are more than welcomed to put it in the toilet. I checked. 😉
