If you live in Belgrade, or somewhere near, and you have at some point in the last 20 years had an analogue film camera that uses film, chances are that you know who Miša is.
Miša is an urban legend of Belgrade. He is the person that knows (almost) everything about cameras, develops films, fixes, upgrades your camera and much, much more. He has that small part that you lost, knows what you did wrong with the last film and when you need to come back so he can tighten that camera body.
Up until recently, he had a stand at the Zeleni venac market (check the Zeleni Venac market article), but some time ago he moved (but luckily not far). Now you can find him sitting at the Caffe Orlean (Zeleni venac 21). He spends 2 hours there almost every day, from 12:00 to 14:00. It might be a bit weird as you are walking into a random bar and sitting next to an old man that you don’t know but it’s worth it. He knows so much!
You can ask people who work there if you are not sure where he is, and they will point you to him. He does not smile that often, but you always have a feeling that he knows what he’s doing.
And if you need to develop a black and white film, he is your man, because he does it for half the price that they would charge you in a regular photo store.
