Tucked away in Zemun, the outdoor seating with a view over the Danube river in a way forces you drift away and relax. If the weather conditions aren’t that perfect, you can always enjoy the covered garden decorated in a shabby chic design or go upstairs if you prefer a moment for yourself.
The place offers a variety of freshly squeezed juices, including my favorite Red Avenue (carrot, tomato, celery rut, ginger and cucumber) but beer lovers are also welcome. Here you can find both Serbian craft beers such as Kabinet or Kaš but also some well known international stars such as Schneider or Leffe.
I recommend checking out the parts of the menu called On the Zemun Waves and On the Sea Waves and try the deep-fried whitebait as an appetizer.
In order to justify its name, Supermarket is a place where you can buy a gift or an interesting souvenir, or perhaps a shirt with the authentic symbols of Zemun.
If you need a pinch of adrenaline, there’s a foosball table in the garden.
