If you like going out to comedy clubs once in a while, then the Quatsch comedy club is right for you, although unfortunately, it is in German. However, they do arrange some shows in English sometimes. Luckily, I got one that was in English.
This comedy club shows various stand-up comedians performing full-length programs and are also broadcasted all over Germany. I was pretty excited to hear that it is broadcasted on TV and one can even watch it online for free. It is also a very suitable place for newcomer comedians that want to showcase their comic ideas.
Tickets for the show come to under 30€ per person. The comedy club is located at a very happening place i.e. Friedrichstrasse where you can find a lot of restaurants for after the show. I usually prefer to go to the nearby Indian restaurant that serves the best authentic Indian food.
Apart from that, I’d suggest you book the tickets online, because this would save you so much time on the event day. The shows are almost an hour long but trust me they are worth the price. The place can be reached on foot and is 300 m away from Friedrichstrasse station. One can use S-Bahn, U-Bahn, and regional trains.
