This used to be a disreputable bar only a few years ago. Things definitely changed for the better when the owners changed hands. Now four young knowledgeable mixologists are in charge and have completely transformed this location from scruffy to hip. What makes them stand out is that they are truly passionate about their job: they even produce their cocktail cherries, some bitters and infusions themselves.
Besides some classics, the cocktail menu features new interpretations and creative potations. Furthermore, it changes seasonally, so there’s always something new to discover. Having said that, it is also worth to check their Facebook agenda for their regular theme nights, which often star guest bartenders.
All those tasty options with the freshest ingredients make it sometimes hard to choose. If you like surprises as much as I do, go for the bartender’s choice. He will choose for you from an every-so-often-changing special menu.
