Situated in the heart of the Lorraine neighborhood, Falafingo is a tiny restaurant that serves Turkish food made with lots of love. It’s only a few steps away from where I work so me and my colleagues, we often get our lunch here – either to take-away or on one of the small tables outside.
This part of the city, Lorraine, feels a bit like a village, people know and greet each other, many come to Falafingo regularly to enjoy a generously filled pita bread, the soup of the day or another freshly prepared meal.
In case you have a sweet tooth: Falafingo serves legendary delicious baklava as well as Turkish tea and coffee! Everything is carefully decorated. The owners are super nice, it happened to me several times that I couldn’t pay on the spot so I was told that I shouldn’t worry and just come back another day.
