This week, we started our very exciting 2 month train trip to meet Spotters in 26 cities in Europe. The second city we visited: Copenhagen!
The train trip from Copenhagen to Hamburg was a very special one. Beautiful views, tunnels and even a 45 minute boat ride in between. Our train was just driven on the train!
We have a such a nice team of Spotters in Copenhagen, and as always it’s a joy meeting them. Cindy, Stefan & David visited both Spotters weekends in 2012 & 2014, we spent Christmas at Cindy’s house in 2013 and they have really turned into good friends.
Our brand new Copenhagen Spotters William and Sigrid fit in very nicely in the team – and have written about so many cool spots already!
The sun was out in Copenhagen, so we spent most of our time outdoors. We spent several hours watching the skateboarders and bikers at the huge Fælledparken Skate park. Truly one of the coolest skate parks in Europe.
Just when we were returning to our hotel, we heard somebody calling our names. It was our new Brussels Spotter Davy! Spotters travel like crazy, so it’s not the first time we coincidentally met a Spotter on the streets somewhere around the world, but it’s always a nice surprise!
