UNAS Bistro is located almost at the parking lot, what can also be a benefit when you’re driving your car to the centre. When it’s your first time Bistro is hard to find, because it looks more like a small café than a place where you can start the evening with friends, dinner and drinks.
During summer they have couple of chairs and tables outside. When you look inside the ground floor only has a bar and two bar seating tables. Nevermind. They suggest this place for quick coffee or tasty lunch. When going upstairs notice the bottle wall. The interior is quite simple and unique. I like to sit upstairs near the window, having a break and watching life outside. In the basement is the biggest room suitable for your partying crew.
What to drink and eat? I would recommend local wines or not so ordinary beer. UNAS Bistro is definitely more visited for lunch or dinner than for breakfast, but you can have an omelette or ham and eggs. UNAS bistro specializes in burgers (as burgers are so trendy now, competitors do their best) and seasonal dishes: mushroom risotto with nettle and celery hearts, grilled salmon with chick-pea beetroot puree, lemon foam and rucola, chanterelle risotto with rosemary and parmigiano, pork tenderloin in butter and nut crust with green beans and yellow courgette mash.
Stop by and enjoy.
