They update regularly with new and classic places to go eat, drink and be merry.

I’m Not on the Guest List is a bit like a personal weekly agenda. Yamina makes a selection of the events that spark her interest and writes about them in a bit of an unconventional and very refreshing way. You’ll have to take a look at her site to see what we mean. The events are mainly independent initiatives, making them alternative in a very good way.

If you’re looking for a blog that has a little bit of everything when it comes to Brussels, then My Secret Brussels is definitely a blog you should check out. The blog has everything from food and drinks, to lifestyle and culture, providing readers and followers with ‘secret’ places within Brussels.

On Food & Wine is a fun and lively foodie and travel tip blog on Brussels that provides quality articles about places to see and where to eat in Brussels. Originally meant to be a cooking blog, it is now a foodie blog run by a couple who lives in Brussels. They have a great love for food, the foodie scene in Brussels, and the social aspect of the said scene within the city. The content has a refreshing array of restaurant and social articles about the city – including a small guide on where the best places to eat are located!

If you’re traveling to Belgium and not just want to see Brussels, go have a look on See You There. Their main focus lies on Brussels but they don’t stop there. Something cool happening in Antwerp? You’ll find it on the site. See You There is all about the artsy events – so if that’s your thing, perfect! They offer a weekly agenda with a chronological overview per day of which events are happening where. Perfect tool to plan your trip.
Interested in good food, music, and travel? Anita from The Brusselsprouts provides you with all the info you’ll need. She not only blogs about her best spots in town to have a nice meal, but also gives you an overview of the events that are happening in and around Brussels. Other than that she interviews cool bands and makes mini guides of the places she travels to. A great all-in-one blog that definitely deserves some attention.
The City Geek
If you’re looking for something new, different and interesting to check out as a blog, The City Geek is a blog that is primarily dedicated to the architecture and urban landscaping of Brussels. The blog is run by Laurent Vermeersch, a Brussels local who has a great interest in the architecture, urban planning and street art of Brussels. He provides interesting information about the history of Brussels in regards to its buildings and urban art!
