That’s right. In my very humble opinion, Parlor Coffee is one of the best -if not the best- coffee place in Brussels. I might be biased because I’ve lived next to it for years and have develop a special relation with it. Its kind Japanese and Flemish owners are welcoming and friendly, and Bram is an awesome barista. Parlor Coffee has everything you could possibly want: excellent coffee (roasted on the premises), good pastries (I love their moist matcha brownies), brunches, lunches, a secluded terrace at the back, extra kind staff and a stylish interior. You can choose to sit in the Scandinavian-inspired ground floor – white and woody (and alongside the cool roasters machine at the back), or brave the trippy staircase to go sit in a cosier atmosphere upstairs, where you’ll find couches and people hanging out all day long.
I get their coffee for my house now that I cannot go visit them all the time, so I can have a little piece of Parlor at home. I wish I could live in that coffee place. It’s just been consistently awesome for years. Never change, Parlor Coffee – you’re perfection.
