Cd fű might seem intimidating, like a vault, but fear not, just enter! At first sight, the place looks like any other ruin pub – old armchairs and tables decorated by lace overlays made by grandma, fröccs at a decent price and even some food.
But behold the secret: CD fű has a room to play darts in! Separated from the other parts, so you won’t bother the others with your battle cries while playing. Or if you prefer, you can send your boyfriend to check out the darts while you decide which kind of tea you will have from the more than 60 kinds they offer.
Indeed, CD fű got its name from being a tea house (“fű” meaning tea in this case), and a record shop (hence the part “CD”). Me and CD fű have a long history: I already came here in high school with my friends to play board games while sipping on banana milkshake. They still have games and milkshakes, I still come here, even though I order red wines a bit more often!
