Century Cinema Theatre – Independent films much?

I used to live very close to the Century Cinema Theatre and found that watching less than mainstream movies can be quite fun and intellectually stimulating. Century Cinema has a really cool looking façade from the outside. You will have to go up to the top floor of a halfway abandoned shopping mall to get to the theatre but you will find a pretty cool place. The movie selection is interesting. If you are looking for something different you should totally check this place out!

Sometimes they play older classic movies like Donnie Darko, or Princess Bride. It really is a great spot to see something you may have missed in the theatre because the movie is just so old.

The Century Cinema Theatre is really close to a few coffee shops and tea shops. Also, there is a great dive bar just north of there on Clark called Jake’s Pub where you can take a few drinks after the movie.
