Chill is a modern wellness concept that’s right in the heart of the busiest neighborhood in Chicago. I actually heard about Chill from a friend, and when she told me about the concept, I knew I had to check it out. To put it simply, you can relax and unwind via meditation, massage, or simply just hanging out in the lounge area.
Although I am all for relaxation, I’ve never personally tried their meditation classes. Their staff told me that they have different classes that meet different needs. They also have varying sized classes from large groups to private instruction.
I go there for massages, which you can get for 20, 35, or 50 minutes. These are chair massages, but make no mistake, it is just as good as a full body massage at a traditional spa. Also, you don’t need to take off all your clothes, making it super easy to pop over during your lunch break or during office hours. If I worked closer to Chill, you can bet that I’d be there weekly.
The setup also makes it easy to schedule last minute appointments for those “I JUST NEED TO RELAX RIGHT NOW” kinds of moments.
I have no other way to end this than by saying Chill just makes you feel so…chill.
