The Grünfeld is the perfect place to play foosball. The tables are in good shape, in great shape even, compared to other bars. It is definitely not the tables fault if something doesn’t go as planned. But you should have at least a minimum of skill – the people playing here do mostly take foosball rather seriously.
What I like a lot about this place is that the foosball tables are in the back of the bar so if you don’t want to play you also don’t have to deal with the noise.
I really enjoy sitting outside in the beer garden. It has a roof, so the seasons don’t even matter that much. The service here is exceptionally friendly and fast, no matter how crowded it gets. The drinks are good and, compared to other bars in this area, prices are quite reasonable.
The most adventorous thing about the Grünfeld is the winding and slippery stair that leads you to the toilets.
So keep your eyes open, no matter if you play foosball or climb the stairs.
