Ingolfs kaffebar is a little of everything - but mainly it's a coffee house.
They have signs with little dad jokes, they have posters from way back, they have tea, coffee, cake (oh so delicious cake!), beer, wine, dinner, lights, colors and a play horse. They have everything.
I don't know how to boil it down, but I'll try.
The atmosphere is laid back and with a glimmer in the eye. It's cosy and a hangout. It's cheap and everything you ever thought of putting into a coffee shop is here. It's definitely worth a visit, this unique little trouble child.
Here there are no hipster rules of minimalism and ideas about what a coffee place/restaurant should be. Just go get your coffee, get your cake and maybe stay for dinner. You'll be happy you did!
And they have brunch - mouthwatering brunch! And it's the most intimate and cosy music venue in Copenhagen.

"La Esquina" is one of my favorite places to go for brunch in Copenhagen. For lunch try the grilled bread with tuna or avocado and a glass of house wine.
