This spot has actually become two-in-one. For the better of course.
Rødder & Vin is owned by one of the coolest guys. His name is Solfinn and he is one of the first to really take on natural wine and cider in Copenhagen.
Solfinn knows everything you need to know about his many bottles of wines, ciders, sake and beers and I can guarantee he will greet you with a smile.
His shop is one thing, the next is his next door bar called Rødder & Vin:Bar, which is open Wednesday to Saturday.
The two places are located just down the street from Queen Louise’s bridge in the area Nørrebro (Just an extra tip to where to spend a few hours in sunny weather, and even better with a bottle or two from his shop).
This is definitely one of my top favorite places to get my supply of good taste, stories and good laughs.
Solfinn has written a book by the way. A book that will take you on a natural wine tour through France, Spain etc, so if you happen to travel through Europe, then go ahead and ask for advice on where to bottle up on your way.
Also you can easily ask Solfinn (or the friendly staff) for any pop-up events or restaurants around the neighborhood – if he is not a part of any himself, he can probably come up with a few other good advice on where to go afterwards.
